Third trimester!!!

Hello little one,

We are nearing the third trimester…i can’t believe it!!…and you are doing great! Moma just wanted to have a word with you…

As you know we could not attend your mama’s wedding and i was sad for quite sometime and could not write to you. Your dad was there and it was great fun. But my doc decided against my travelling so i had to stay back at home. All for you dear!!

These days i am busy preparing place for you in the home. We have just ordered a wardrobe for you from a furniture exhibition. I am searching the whole Net to get a suitable crib for you. I loved the 4 in 1 convertible crib plus changer which can be converted to a toddler bed later but the problem is that it is not available here and the US companies do not ship them internationally. I have got in touch with a store and have requested them to import it for us. Their buying team will do a pros and con analysis and let me know. In India, the separate crib concept has not picked up so much. People want their infants to sleep with them. But i want to build in independence in you early on and am also concerned  that if you sleep with us you might get hurt.

Btw, i have bought lovely clothes for you and making some bed covers myself. I have done embroidery on one and will do appliqué work on the other. Have also bought cute laces which i plan to stitch on to them later.

If you are born after 10 weeks, you will be considered full term!! And i am so excited about this!! Can’t wait to hold you in my arms…

Your dad has to do a delivery registry at the hospital soon. And i have to get my second tetanus shot…and of course to bring in your crib. So these are our pending tasks as of now. Love you dear! GROW BABY GROW!!!
